What makes an Inclusive School

I think David was on point when he highlighted that soft skills such as teacher attitude is important for creating an atmosphere of inclusion. He talks bout the teacher welcoming everyone into the classroom. Furthermore everyone class buy into the idea of inclusion if they both admin and the teachers have a positive attitude and sing the song (message throughout) through discussing it in meetings, talking about it with parents, teachers and children.

I think that the lack of resources is a serious problem in  schools. I do agree with Lydia that a resource room with experts is needed and this will boost the self esteem of students who may feel that school is not for them because they have a special need.
