1.5 ( Creating an inclusive ethos)

Two important factors that may contribute to good ethos and culture of a school are teachers’ attitude towards children and providing a partnership with parents to ensure that children are coping and progressing as time goes by.

Sometimes, teachers may share the opinion of superstition when it comes to children with disabilities. Educating and allowing proper training is necessary for teachers so that they are better able to understand and deal with students that are in their care without any form of discrimination.

Partnership with parents allows a secure and safe environment for children. Relationship with the school allows children to grow and feel a sense of belonging as well as it provides security for parents as well as they too can monitor their child/ren progression.
