Activity 1.3

The features of of an inclusive school are as follows:-

  • The school has a transformative leader
  • Collaboration with team players take place to bring about change
  • Within the education system persons involved need to be on the same page
  • Regular monitoring is done by regular meetings and checklist for accountability
  • There is open communication amongst parties involved

The required changes for inclusive education is necessary to regulate the changes that needs to take place. Inclusive education ought to engage with the school, environment, community, and stakeholders to be impactful. When the community and stakeholders are on the same page the student will benefit from a strong education system.
