Inclusive Education- Essentials

For Inclusive education to "work", there must first be an accepted paradigm shift in expectations and approach especially if the cultural norms are a barrier. There must be "buy in" not only from educators and administrators but also from parents, who sometimes may be a huge barrier to progress to begin with. All stakeholders must be on the "same page".
