To prepare for the school year 2020-2021 I participated in professional development on how to teach online classes. This was an intense 1 month, but what that has definitely proved to be effective. Before the end of the course we were able to create our own videos; record and edit, and plan and execute online lessons. The course was hands-on and properly managed. Teachers who didn't participate in this optional course were at a great disadvantage. This is a course that I would recommend to any teacher or admin.
