It is essential that a inclusive environment is cultivated within the learning environment. I have had the unfortunate experience of seeing some students be given less attention in a classroom because the teacher is of the belief that a special education teacher is needed to assist students with different abilities. Equal opportunities must be given to all students and they must all be encouraged to actively participate in all activities. This will aid in building stronger relationships between the teachers and students which would improve their learning experience.
