creating inclusive ethos and culture

two points that I believe can create an inclusive culture and ethos is constant sensitization and awareness to normalize disabilities and special needs. Also, this can include fun activities that involve all students participating to learn about each other and accept each other, teachers included.

another way to improve or create inclusive ethos is creating curriculum, tailored to include everyone and therefore every student receives same standard of treatment and no one feels left behind
