Developing Attitudes

The attitudes identified in the video originate from cultural beliefs and traditions. Personal beliefs like those identified have to be managed by being exposed to a way of life other than the one known. The change required is not an easy task. In the profession of teaching, these beliefs have to be identified as not part of the profession. This takes time to change and needs to be constantly monitored, nurtured and accountability held.
