Feature of Inclusive Education

In my school, lesson observation is used every term to monitor how effective teaching is done.  The notion that understanding of the lesson is made simple and executed to meet the objectives set by the teacher with the learners. From the observation, teachers are supported with ways to improve and build on their delivery. It is a very supportive experience.
