I recently participated in a workshop along the same topic of Creating  An Inclusive School. What I found helpful was that, other teachers shared their extreme experiences in the classroom and I was enlightened, as I had never experienced situations as those. Of course, possible solutions were given and now, if I encounter such issues, I believe that I will be able to use those same solutions given to rectify and bring calm to the students.

These  Professional Development sessions assist in learning when others contribute. We learn to handle issues, practice by using the given strategies and evaluate results.
