Features of an Inclusive school

Two features of an inclusive school are firstly: good communication among staff, (Administrators, head teachers, teachers assistant etc.) and secondly resources. Good communication among staff develops a positive attitudes in creating an inclusive school. Resources, making sure it is available as it will encourage learners with difficulties to feel as though they belong. It can improve self-esteem, willingness to participate in activity and also provide a lot support for teachers.
