To have a successful programme, Teachers must be trained. You need to train the Trainers. Diversification and Awareness Training is something in addition to the regular Curriculum Training where a Teacher will undergo Certification. The Training has to be on an on-going basis, small amounts at a time. Train, Practice and Evaluate is not a one size fits all. Every challenge is different for the people who are charged with the responsibility to train the Teacher. In the course of implementing such a programme, occasionally a Teacher may find himself or herself with a unique challenge. For example, a Teacher may come to you with a series of issues and you will have to work with that Teacher to come to a solution. There must be Incremental Training for Teachers in order to evaluate the successfulness of the programme. A lot is expected from the Teacher. The Administrative and Governmental body owe it to the Teacher to properly train and equip them to deal with and manage inclusivity in our learning system. This type of scenario is good when being discussed during training exercises so that when others encounter such a situation they are best prepared to deal with it. This is why it is important to have on-going Training on an incremental scale.
