Activity 3.6 School-based Teacher Development (SBTD)

The School-based Teacher Development has many important factors that contributes to the development of an inclusive environment. However one challenge would be the incompetence and unwillingness of staff based on knowledge of the concepts delivered in the programme.  One opportunity would be with the knowledge and information gained I’m still able to improve my skills and promote a positive learning environment.
