Monitoring Inclusivity

In the Centre that I am at the teachers are constantly monitored through their activity plans and observations. Strategies are given and the teachers and the administrator meet on a weekly basis to find out how they worked or didn’t work and suggestions would be recommended. Parents are always kept abreast of their child's progress through conferences and a plan of action is made to take the student to the next stage of development.
