Creating an inclusive ethos and culture

 My favourite idea from the list above is allowing students to have extra support. For example, a teaching assistant or volunteer spends 15 minutes every day playing some games that help with his fine motor skills and handwriting. This allow the teacher to

observe the student or to focus on helping other student during this time.
