Policies for an Inclusive Ethos

A school in which I am involved develops a Individual Student plan for each student. This entails making an assessment of each students' strengths and disabilities/ special needs, adapting cirrculum and currculum support materials to cater to the needs of children with disabilities for example, a student at school has a visual impairment and learning strategies such as  braille and tactile tools and 3d imagery are used to support teachers in the classroom to teach students.
