4.10: End of course assessment

I am amazed by how much I have learnt from completing this course. It added to my previous knowledge and it clarified many terms and concepts. For example, I now understand the meaning of the term 'inclusive ethos' and how to create a strong inclusive school ethos. As a result, I am even more conscious about my attitude and actions, when it comes to creating an inclusive ethos within the early childhood environment. I also learnt how to prepare an individual plan for a child with individual needs.
