Policies for inclusive ethos.

In a school which I am familiar with, there is an 'open door' policy. This creates the opportunity for parents and teachers to work together on ideas and strategies to support the child at school and in the home setting. This is using done on a face to face basis, but within recent times,(COVID restrictions) this has taken the form of video chats, e-mails, etc.
