Two features of an inclusive school are:

Seek advice from colleagues and collaborate.

Allocate resources to facilitate inclusion.

At my Centre staff share a healthy relationship. Each member values the ideas and input of others. The teachers work in partnership with a shared vision for the benefit of all children.
