Policies for an inclusive ethos

A school that I know shares information, teachers are always collaborating, whether there is a meeting or not. Whatever a teacher observes about a child, a note is written in a notebook on what was observed, and that information is passed on so that proper planning can be done, whether it calls for making adjustments to the curriculum or working with the child on a one-to-one basis.
