Briefly describing a professional development  experience which challenged my thinking, "Private providers Early Childhood Care and Education Training Programme" . This course addressed traditional approach to curriculum and poor quality delivery of of quality early childhood to children. It demonstrated that curriculum content, facilitating  and scaffolding learning  and development  appropriate to children inclusive of all children with and without  disabilities. I found it to be effective as I now engaged in best practices and current research in child development to include  diverse learners in an enrich environment, appropriate materials, , strategies guiding  children' behavior and support social relationship including peer support for children with diverse needs.
