MONITORING AND DOCUMENTATION

  1. I like the monitoring part with students in and out of classes, especially during lessons and activities keeping track of progress.
  2. documenting may be challenging since I have to find time to write down strengths, weaknesses, challenges , give feedback and state outcomes, etc.
