3.6 School Based Teacher Development

In comparing the Zambian system to the one in which I operate, some teachers belong to multiple departments. It might be an exercise in futility to arrange SBTD for all those sessions, on a weekly basis. One or two weeks a month may seem feasible. 

On the other hand, the advantage of using these meetings to host the development sessions will not take away from teaching time, as these department meetings are factored into the timetable.
