1.7 Monitoring Inclusive Schools

I personally track the progress of each one of my students to determine the best way to help them learn. I also create personalized intervention plans to help students with different learning capacities. I have created special assessments that cater for the different learning abilities.

Hi Hugo, What you have been doing is just great. When i was in the classroom teaching i usually track the progress of each of my students as well. I did various intervention for the students who had special needs. I did not create special assessments that cater for the different learning abilities which i think is fantastic that you did.
