Policy for an inclusive ethos

 I am aware of a school that will work with parent and care -givers.

On entry into the school parents and caregivers are interviewed and detailed information is collected and documented. The teacher continues teaching with the knowledge of the and  information concerning the child . However as time progresses information about the child 's stay at the school is recoded or documented daily . The parents or caregivers are given special appointments  so as to able to  communicate with the child's  teacher or administrator twice a term. Together they would view the child's progress and collaborate  and communicate about the continued progress by charting the way forward for future development .
