I attended a workshop where the Stream technique was introduced to the teachers. The workshop was very helpful as it showed how all academic areas can be implemented in a single lesson. The Stream teaching learning style encourages inclusion. It promotes diversity, respect, appreciation uniqueness and teamwork.

When implemented into the classroom the changes were visible. The children became excited, they were more responsive and expressive. They  were given opportunities to think "outside the box" see things through their eyes, investigate to get answers and began to appreciate and encourage each other. To me It was one of the best teaching method introduce that met the need of each child where they were. Teachers Professional development is imperative in ensuring inclusive education.
