As a Teacher, I especially took to heart the role of the teacher in an inclusive classroom. The behaviors we model and the attitudes we display can play a major role in breaking barriers and limitations for all. To become an effective inclusive teacher, i understand that i must possess the necessary qualities listed in the TESSA tool kit, eg: the use of appropriate or positive words toward children with disabilities that will encourage or boost their confidence to participate in class. 

I appreciated the knowledge found in this helpful guide that i can use in different circumstances when dealing with children.
