Activity 3.6 SBTD

One challenge that I can foresee is time, many times teachers do not have time to attend School Based Teacher Development sessions. Often times, when they do, school ends at half day and students are sent home. This takes away from teaching time and often times teachers are not pleased about that. The opportunities it presents are endless, however, sometimes challenges of lack of resources and time outweighs the opportunity of improvement.
