Experiences of professional development

My professional development was at a school for children with diverse disabilities. On observation the teacher interacted with each student according to their level of learning while still including them in the class activities, also she had a buddy system where the stronger students would help the students that were less capable, thus boosting their self esteem. That was something i would always encourage
