Two Important Features of an Inclusive School are: 

-Trained Teachers 

-Resources 

Teachers are the most influential agents of change in a child's life. Through professional development teachers will be able to apply effective teaching practices which are key to developing the learning abilities of all children. 

In addition to teachers developing themselves professionally for the benefit of children, another factor that plays a critical role in their development are resources. If teachers do not have adequate resources to work with students with disabilities, children will not be able to reach their fullest potential.
