What kind of professional development?

I have read the research about Learning study which took place in Tanzania. These are my responses;

Question1: What needs to be in place to enable the teachers to take part in "Learning Study"?

The school administrator should create a non-threatening environment in which teachers collaborate and share their experiences about classroom practice on certain concepts.

Question2: How could "Learning  Studying" be used to develop inclusive teacher?

Learning study could be made useful in implementing some of the teaching practices necessary to develop inclusive teachers.
