ONE CHALLENGE: One challenge would be low teachers' attendance to to meet regularly (regular teacher meetings) to discuss teaching and learning. The teacher claim to be busy.

ONE OPPORTUNITY: One opportunity is evident that where teachers meet and reflect on their classroom experiences facilitate sharing of ideas which in the end result in teachers together opening up to new ideas.
