There is a school that I know that has a somewhat open policy toward the admittance of students with disabilities. While most teachers at this school are open and quite positive in their discussions about potential special needs students being admitted,the staff must also take into consideration the nature of the special needs of each specific child and the schools availability of resources, infrastructure and staffs limited knowledge and skills in the area of special needs training. These factors greatly affects the schools level of inclusivity.
