The School Based Teacher Development for Inclusive Education handbook I see focuses on some key component skills and resources a teacher needs to effectively prepare and teach students of diverse learning styles as there are different approaches for a teacher to use. As there are some willing there are those who are not. There will be educators that are not willing to take that step to further their skills or try a new approach and this may affect the learner.
