Highlighting a challenge of school-based teacher development is consistency. Teachers are always aware of new and updated information as it relates to curriculum. Teachers are always invited to workshops to get proper training of how to execute the curriculum in a professional way, however, consistency and sometimes accessibility to resources may hinder teachers from carrying out proper execution.
