Soft skills and Positive Attitudes To Inclusive Classrooms

Daniel spoke about soft skills. These seem to be skills that are underlying but at the same time make the most impact in the learner's life. These include the attitudes of teachers towards their learners and administration response to creating an inclusive environment.

Also, Lydia suggested that schools should have a resource room/centre to support teaching. She also emphasized the following:

Do the schools have resources/a resource room to attend to the child/children who are special needs? The experts will be able to carry the child there and also support the child's regular teacher. It will shift learners attitude, raise self-esteem and validating the students. They are being told through these actions that school is for them.
