One opportunity that School-Based Teacher Development provide for teachers is that they get the opportunity to develop their skills, work collaboratively and learn from each other. However, a challenge that might present itself to teachers is that they must realise that sometimes there is no one correct way of doing things, just like sometimes there might not be one correct answer to a question. Therefore, teachers have to take what they learn and make it work for them and their learners in a context that will be suitable for them. In that way it will become relevant and meaningful, as what might work for one may not work as best for another.
