3.7 Resources for School-Based CPD

Making learning active is an effective resource strategy. In this way, students will be actively engaged in their own learning, having a hands-on experience and approach. However, in this being effective, proper and adequate resources and materials must be made available, as well as training done by the teacher to gather new ways of bringing the classroom alive as opposed to the ‘chalk and talk’ setting.
