Activity 4.10: End of course assessment - Bringing it all together

The two main things that I will take from this course are as follows:

1. Inclusion is not a one size fits all band-aid. Its is case by case in nature and works best through trial and error process. each learners needs are different whether they may have special needs or not and it is the job of the teacher to try to make each learners experience the best one possible

2. "Learning study" - I have always loved the old adage "it takes a village to raise a child". The idea of working collaboratively with a team of other teachers and or professional in the field of education is a great one. Having a community of people where its ok to have open discourse about challenges faced, ways to combat these challenges is motivating. The learning study not only creates a cesspool of ideas but these ideas inform and guide teaching practice which results in activities that are better suited to learners needs and has a higher chance of success.
