Activiity 3.6: School-based Teacher Development

One of the challenges which one can encounter with SBTD is teachers attitude and in some instances the call on unions to intervene, if the teacher believes it is not his/her duty to engage in such activities. . In some instances there are teachers who are not willing to make the changes required for inclusive school. A great opportunity which SBTD offers is that teachers can plan more engaging activities.
