Bringing It All Together

One things I plan to take forward from this course into my practice is creating an inclusive ethos in my Centres. Working with the staff to ensure that we understand our purpose in creating an inclusive classroom for ALL and paying close attention to our attitudes on subject matter. We will strive to create an environment that is welcoming to everyone that screams inclusiveness when you walk into any space of the Centre.

The other is working with staff and parents/ guardians in monitoring children's progress. By working together, documenting data of children's progress and sharing information among ourselves, we can ensure we reach the individual needs of ALL the children in our care, creating a blossoming inclusive environment.
