Activity 3.2 Experiences of Professional Development

One professional development experience that has helped my practice is the project approach. Engaging in this workshop helped me to understand what was required when engaging children in projects. I was able to provide resources that would require higher order thinking, use information/ resources that would engage the child's interest as well as gain parental and community support in completing projects.
