Two factors that you think are particularly effective in contributing to an inclusive ethos and culture and describe them. 

The embracing of language and culture whereby children learn about various cultures and languages. This way children will learn to respect and grow together harmoniously alongside each other. In Trinidad and Tobago, most of our schools are diversified and so does the society.
