Ways in which schools can work with families.

One way my schools have been working with families is through ongoing workshops .Teachers access the parents needs and plan workshops to help them. One such workshop was ‘Encouraging Teaching & Learning at Home.’ Form this workshops parent saved money and also got the opportunities to work with their child to create the learning materials which would enhance their learning and development. As teachers connect with students’ families this helps  identify the best ways to differentiate or personalize instruction for  each students as they learn and think differently.
