I think there needs to be an environment where new information is shared openly with other teachers, where new ideas and ways of teaching are welcomed. Also I think that attitudes and mindsets of teacher and school staff is important. teachers and school administrators have to realize the importance of creating a learning organization and a commitment to having in class training sessions
