3.6 School-based Teacher Development (SBTD)

The pessimistic perceptions of the people I represent as I want to use the experience and expertise that I get to help them are one challenges I have to develop in schools. However, it gives me the chance to develop my job and provide me with more support, while I face the struggle, but there are those who are supportive and making working with them easier.
