Activity 2.2 Policies for an inclusive ethos

One way in which the child’s progress is monitored at my centre is through the use of Observation and Recording form which is used on a daily basis. All teaching staff collaborate at intervals throughout or at the end of day regarding daily observations, questions or concerns. In addition, on a weekly basis the administrator and teachers engage in Curriculum Planning to meet the needs of all the children and from time to time the administrator and teachers will check in for either support or advise.
