4.2 School board members can do charity work to lend support to the families who needs it the most. 

4.4 Stakeholders need to realize that the school alone cannot help support a child and therefore the school will need help in doing so. Help from outside will definitely support a school.

Some challenges would be : 1. to get the stakeholders on board. 2. To bring about a positive attitude from them. 3. time. 4. Resources.

These outside links will definitely help the school financially and be the change that the school needs,

4.5 My thoughts on the cases is that individual approach for each child will help them and seeing that the approach was centered for only one specific child it will help the student.

4.10 Two things I will take from this course into my practices are:

1. to have a positive attitude towards each and every child because no student should be left behind. I will create my classroom more student friendly.

2. To do more group work/role play with my students so they can be interactive with each and everyone in the class. I will try my best to make all students feel comfortable with their peers in the class.
