Activity 2.8 Reviewing the Behaviour Checklist

In the checklist provided, all the items listed under Pupils and Teaching are securely in place except the one that says 'have clear routines and for stopping the class' that we don't have

Most of the items under classroom: we don't have:

Display rules in the class - and ensure that the pupils and staff know what they are.
Display the tariff of sanctions in class.
Have a system in place to follow through with all sanctions.
Display the tariff of rewards in class.
Have a system in place to follow through with all rewards.

The question  "Is it possible to meet and greet every student that come into the classroom of about a hundred students?" How do I achieve this
