4.2 Working with families

Some ways to work with families:

·         By informing the parents that their roles are important to the development of the child’s academic and social development.

·         Extend opportunities for family members to share their skills.

·         Include parents in some of the staff meetings. This way the ethos of the institution becomes a practice by all members.
